RZE builds no-nonsense tool watches for people who actually use them. Their titanium cases, scratch-resistant coatings, and reliable movements deliver real durability at fair prices. We carry RZE because they deliver genuine tool watch functionality without the hype or markup, making them perfect for those who need a watch that works, not one that just looks tough.
The Medallion Yellow Enamel is the most refined watch RZE has ever produced, released to mark five years of the Resolute, the titanium field watch that started the brand. The centerpiece is the heated enamel dial. Enamel dialing is a technique borrowed from fine Swiss watchmaking: powdered glass is applied to a metal base and fired at high temperature, fusing into a glassy, luminous surface with depth that printing, painting, or lacquering cannot produce. The yellow enamel catches light differently at every angle. It's warm, rich, and genuinely jewel-like on the wrist. Applied polished indices sit physically proud of the dial surface, catching light independently of the enamel beneath them. The applied RZE logo completes the picture. The titanium case is coated with RZE's proprietary UltraHex™ treatment, rated to approximately 1,200HV. It's higher than standard HV1000 PVD. The Miyota 90S5 makes that thickness possible because it's an ultra-slim automatic movement chosen specifically for its low profile. The solid titanium bracelet uses the same UltraHex™ coating as the case, quick-release spring bars for tool-free strap changes, and RZE's QUIKCLIQ™ 316L deployment buckle with on-the-fly micro-adjustment. The watch ships in a Blackcomb Pouch with standard packaging and is covered by a 24-month guarantee through RZE.

Our Take
At $765 this is the highest-priced RZE in our catalog, and the enamel dial is the reason why. Enamel dialing is not a shortcut. It requires skilled application, precise firing temperatures, and produces a result that no other dial treatment can convincingly imitate. Putting that process on a titanium field watch with a sub 800 price tag is the kind of decision that makes the Resolute Pro Medallion Yellow a genuinely unusual object. The yellow specifically is worth noting. It's warm and saturated without being garish and against the brushed titanium case and bracelet it reads richer than it photographs. The UltraHex™ coating at 1,200Hv, the 90S5 movement for a 10.5mm profile, the QUIKCLIQ™ clasp. The spec choice is intentional and every one of them works. If you want the most refined watch RZE has ever made, this is it.
Who This Watch Is For
-
The buyer who wants something that can't be replicated at the price. Heated enamel dials exist on watches costing five to twenty times more. The Medallion Yellow delivers the technique, and the result, at $765 on a titanium case with serious daily wear capability.
- The RZE owner ready to step up. If you've worn a Resolute or Urbanist Solar and you want to see what the top of the lineup looks like, the answer is this. The same titanium DNA, the same UltraHex™ protection, the same field watch proportions, just finished to a different standard.
- The collector who wears what they own. The Medallion Yellow is not a safe choice and it's not trying to be. It's a watch with a clear point of view, a manufacturing technique worth understanding, and a color story that holds up in person better than it does in photos.
- The buyer who values longevity. 24-month guarantee, RE-VERIFIED trade-in eligibility, UltraHex™ surface protection, and quick-release spring bars for strap versatility. RZE built this to be owned for years and upgraded on your terms.
