Warranty
We're an Authorized or Preferred Dealer for the brands we carry, which means the watches we sell come backed by factory warranties. The following brands are covered:
- Laco Uhrenmanufaktur
- RZE
- Waldan Watches
- Islander Watch
What's Covered
The factory warranty covers manufacturing defects and watch movement issues which is essentially, anything that goes wrong due to how the watch was made.
What's Not Covered
The warranty doesn't cover physical damage of any kind. This includes damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, bezel, straps, crown, clasp, screws, or finishes. Water or moisture damage is also not covered, even on water-resistant models. If your watch has a screw-down crown, it needs to be fully screwed down before any exposure to water.
A few other things that void the warranty: third-party servicing or modifications, excessive wear and tear, use beyond the manufacturer's water resistance rating, and damage from drops or impacts.
Fine Print
The warranty decision comes from the producer of the watch when you contact them, not from us.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the watch must be unworn and unused, with all original tags, packaging, and paperwork included. If a returned watch shows signs of use or is missing any of its original materials, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
To start a return, just email us at smallsecondsfp@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first. Unrequested returns won't be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap for a different watch is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
These are final sale and cannot be returned.
EU Customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason, no justification needed. The same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days on their end. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen it, reach out at smallsecondsfp@gmail.com.
