We work as an Authorized Dealer or Preferred Dealer with our brand partners and offer factory warranties on the following brands sold on our store:

Our website smallsecondswatchreviews.com offers a 1 year warranty through us, on watches purchased via our website, on the following brands:

  • Seiko Watches
  • Tissot

What's Covered:

The warranty applies to the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Watch movement

What's Not Covered:

Our shop smallsecondswatchreviews.com store warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from smallsecondswatchreviews.com.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
  • Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by smallsecondswatchreviews.com nor any manufacturer.

Fine Print:

smallsecondswatchreviews.com will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period. 

smallsecondswatchreviews.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

Watches returned showing signs of use, or are without all packaging, stickers, tags and paperwork may incur a restocking fee up to 25%.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
