Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (where available).

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and time of year.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

  • International delivery times vary by destination and shipping provider.

Important Notes for International Customers:

  • Customs Delays: Customs inspections may cause delays that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

  • Duties, Taxes & Tariffs: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or tariffs imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, the package may be returned to us at your expense. Any shipping costs or additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Liability

  • Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Smallseconds Watch Reviews & Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdelivery caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided whenever possible. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update.
