Shipping Policy

We want getting your new watch to be as painless as possible. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on it.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All watches ship free within the U.S. Straps and accessories ship for a flat $7. Delivery times vary by carrier and time of year, but most orders arrive within a week of shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders leave our hands within 5 business days, but international delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Please also keep in mind:

  • Customs delays can happen and are outside our control. We can't guarantee delivery dates on international orders.
  • Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility. These fees aren't included in your order total and are determined by your country's customs authority.
  • Refused deliveries-if you decline a package due to customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, we aren't able to control what happens to it. If something seems off, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and reach out to us too, we're happy to help however we can.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
