How do you decide what my watch is worth?
We base offers on real, recent sold prices. Not asking prices. We then factor in condition and completeness. We're happy to share the reasoning behind your number.
Is it store credit or cash?
Store credit, usable on anything in our shop. Since it's credit toward your next watch, we can offer you more than a cash buyer might, and your credit never expires.
Do I need the box and papers?
For a majority of trades, yes. A complete watch that include the original box and papers keeps the process fair and our offers strong.
Do I have to buy something right away?
No. Take the credit now and use it whenever the right watch comes along.
Who pays for shipping?
Once you accept your estimate, we send a free prepaid label. Sending it to us costs you nothing. If a watch turns out to be materially different from its description, return shipping is on you.
What if you decline it after inspecting?
If an authentic watch isn't a fit, we return it to you. We confirm everything against your photos before issuing credit.
