Islander Mitchel Black DLC Automatic Field Watch with Luminous Dial, AR Sapphire Crystal #ISL-83

Smallseconds is very excited to now offer Islander watches! Long Island Watch has long been a beacon for enthusiasts and we are grateful to now offer select pieces from them.

This is the Islander Mitchell (ISL-83) classic field watch design with a luminous dial (SuperLuminova). The dial has a 12-hour scale and a smaller 24-hour scale for military time. You will note that the dial has excellent visibility due to the use of an anti-reflective sapphire crystal that also guards against scratches. The black DLC stainless steel case is a very wearable 39mm. The crown is a signed screw-down type that enables a better water resistance.

Inside the case is an NH35, 24-jewel automatic movement. This self-winding movement supports hand winding and hacks (seconds hand stops when you pull out the crown). Power reserve is about 41 hours fully wound. You can view the movement via an exhibition-window (screw-down) caseback.

This model comes with a black nylon weave strap (with contrast stitching) and leather backing and a signed DLC stainless steel buckle. The strap comes with quick-release pins so you can change up the look with another strap without the need for any special tools. All Islander watches comes with a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer.
